5 Natural Sleep Remedies

Something I struggle with on a nightly basis is sleep. I honestly can’t remember a time when I slept well, or even slept through the night. I usually find that I wake up several times throughout the night, which is never ideal.

Thankfully, there are options for those of us struggling with sleep. These 5 natural sleep remedies are the perfect solutions for a better sleep on a regular basis!

5 Natural Sleep Remedies to Help You Sleep Better Than Ever!

5 Natural Sleep Remedies

1. Get Exercise – If you aren’t getting activity through the day, it makes it so much harder to sleep. Adding a walk to the dog park or even just a workout video to your schedule will make your sleep that much better!

2. Skip the Coffee – The caffeine in your coffee is another source keeping your awake! Why not try a green or peppermint tea to get you through the day instead?

3. Enjoy You Time – Taking some time for yourself is so important. Even 30-minutes winding down with a good book or a tea after a long day can make a difference.

4. Take a Warm Bath – Who doesn’t love a warm and soothing bath? Get your body ready for relaxation and feel fresher at the same time!

5. Use Vitafusion™ SleepWell Gummies – Vitafusion SleepWell is a gummy supplement made with Melatonin and is designed to help increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restrictions or altered sleep schedules due to shift work or jet lag. These gummies provide a tasty alternative to hard-to-swallow tablets!

I do like to try some natural sleep aids. I do not like to take medication and I am also using some essential oils to relax.

Thankfully I do not have a problem sleeping. With the busy days I have and the little ones having me run around, when it comes to bed time, once my head hits the pillow im out. mind you i need to have some kind of noise, like the window open or the fan on so my mind isn’t racing. I do use vitafusion but their reg vitamin

I use the Vitafusion Sleep Well gummies sometimes and they work really well. I prefer the gummy form over other sleep aids.

I’m lucky in that I seldom seem to have much trouble getting to sleep and when I do I just count 1, 2 continuously and I’m asleep in no time.
