Trying something new in the kitchen is always an adventure. For me, that often means baking a new dessert. On a recent baking trip, I ended up purchasing butterscotch chips. I don’t recall ever using butterscotch chips in a recipe, but I decided it was time that I gave it a try.
Thankfully, the package featured a butterscotch blondies recipe that resulted in what I would say to be the best ever butterscotch blondies. The whole batch didn’t even last a day in my kitchen. Between myself, my husband and the kids, those best ever butterscotch blondies went like hot cakes!
