I didn’t know that cats can’t taste sugar. I feel sorry for them – I love sweet foods. But, I guess missing out on that great taste has the benefit of helping them not crave sweets and have a healthier diet than I do.
I didn’t know that cats can’t taste sugar! One of my cats is a total donut thief. You can’t bring one into the house without her hunting it down and taking a bite from it. I assumed she liked sweets. Lol!
