I have never considered myself a morning person, much less a breakfast person. For most of my years, I have been a night owl. I found my most productive hours to be at night, or at least that is what I thought.

Thanks to the addition of children, however, I have found myself in bed by 8 pm on many nights. Thus, I have started waking up earlier, which means I have started to enjoy my breakfast time.

Cheesy Egg Biscuit you can't help but savour!

Bring back breakfast!

For me, breakfast usually means some cold cereal. It is easy and it doesn’t take any time at all to prepare. In my attempt to spice up my breakfast routine, I made this delicious Cheesy Egg Biscuit. They turned out even better than I had hoped and completely rival anything you get at your local fast food chain!Ridiculously Delicious Cheesy Egg Biscuit. Perfect for breakfast or anytime!

I completely understand not being a morning person – which I am not – but I have always loved breakfast foods personally. This looks very scrumptious!

I’m not a morning person but it makes it easier to get out of bed when you know you’re going to have a delicious breakfast.

We love breakfast sandwiches but I never thought to bake the eggs. That would speed things along.
