I have never considered myself a morning person, much less a breakfast person. For most of my years, I have been a night owl. I found my most productive hours to be at night, or at least that is what I thought.
Thanks to the addition of children, however, I have found myself in bed by 8 pm on many nights. Thus, I have started waking up earlier, which means I have started to enjoy my breakfast time.
Bring back breakfast!
For me, breakfast usually means some cold cereal. It is easy and it doesn’t take any time at all to prepare. In my attempt to spice up my breakfast routine, I made this delicious Cheesy Egg Biscuit. They turned out even better than I had hoped and completely rival anything you get at your local fast food chain!
