Chicken Tomato Herb Pasta

I am a creature of habit. When I find a dish I love, I can’t help but make it often. I came upon my Chicken Tomato Herb Pasta many years ago and still enjoy it to this day. I always have the ingredients on hand in my kitchen, which makes it a quick and easy favourite.

The secret ingredient that makes it so special is Mrs. Dash Seasoning. Prior to making this dish, I hadn’t used Mrs. Dash, but so glad I came upon in. It is a mix of delicious herbs that give just the right amount of kick! The recipe also calls for stewed tomatoes, but if you prefer fresh, go for it! I have used both and it is still just as delicious!

You will need:

  • 4 large chicken breasts {chunked}
  • 2 large cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • cooked pasta
  • salt

Cook chicken thoroughly on medium heat. Add stewed tomatoes, Mrs. Dash seasoning and salt to taste.

Serve on cooked pasta and enjoy!

    I will have to try this recipe it sounds super good and I love that there only a few ingredients. I don’t like those recipes that require 30 different things so it ends up costing a hundred dollars to make it.
