Confetti Fudge Bars

Confetti Fudge Bars

I love making fudge. It is one of those things that you can enjoy during the holidays, on special occasions, or for no reason at all. Plus, there are so many fun varieties to make.

After enjoying a gift of homemade Confetti Fudge Bars, I just had to ask for the recipe. It has the classic fudge texture that I love, while changing it up a bit and adding sprinkles. After all, everything is better with sprinkles, right?

Confetti Fudge Bar RecipeYou will need:

  • Bakers White Chocolate (1 package – 170g)
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 package Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding (4 serving size)
  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 6 tablespoons multi-colored sprinkles

Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

Microwave butter, chocolate and water in a microwavable bowl until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted as well. Add Jello Pudding Mix and stir for two minutes. Add sugar, one cup at a time and stir after each addition. Stir in sprinkles.

Put into prepared square pan and refrigerate until firm.

Enjoy!
