As a Mom, I am always cooking something. Whether I am whipping up something quick and easy or trying something new, I never seem to be without recipe ideas. So when it comes to needing a delicious sauce to go with a meal, my go-to brand is VH Sauces!
They have so many fantastic sauces for every kind of meal that you really can’t go wrong. Thankfully, I got the chance to try out a VH Sauce and create a delicious recipe to go with it! I began by taking a peek at the VH Sauces Website to get a better idea of my options. After reviewing all the fantastic choices, I decided on trying something new, the VH Honey Garlic Sauce!
Honey Garlic Ribs You Can’t Resist!
I chose to go with Save On Foods for my shopping and upon arriving, was super glad to see they had plenty of Honey Garlic Sauce. I took my Husband to the grocery store with me, so the trip went painlessly and pretty quickly. The ribs I planned to make were already at the house, so I only had to pick up a few sides to go with them and back home we went!
To prepare the ribs, the back was skinned and the ribs were placed in a boiling pot. Once the foam rose to the top, the ribs were removed and placed in the slow cooker for 3 hours on low. They were then cut into separate pieces, placed in a deep pan and the VH Honey Garlic Sauce was poured over them and the pan was put on the stove to simmer. The sauce eventually absorbed into the ribs while they simmered and the creation was the epitome of Delicious Sauces!
I can definitely say without a doubt that these were the best ribs I have ever tasted! The hardest part was the fact I had to share {hehe}. The flavor was so sweet and rich that I am now a permanent fan of the Honey Garlic Sauce! It reminded me a lot of a very sweet teriyaki-style sauce and I cannot wait to try it with other meal ideas as soon as possible!
The meal was completed with macaroni salad, potato salad and broccoli, which all compliment the dish very well. If you are a fan of ribs, I really recommend you try them made with the Honey Garlic Sauce, you will not be disappointed!
