In a given year, I can’t even begin to assess how many cakes and cupcakes I end up making. I love baking, so I would guesstimate that it is more often than many. However, you can never go wrong with yummy treats.
For my daughter’s birthday, she wanted Disney Little Mermaid Cupcakes. The cupcakes were super easy to make and there were tons of happy smiles while eating them! Whether for a birthday, baby shower, or special occasion, these Disney Little Mermaid cupcakes will have you grinning!
Disney Little Mermaid Cupcakes
You will need:
Cupcakes. You can go with a boxed cake mix or a homemade recipe.
Decorating frosting. I also go with my homemade buttercream frosting as it is not only delicious, but the perfect addition to any cupcake!
Little Mermaid Edible Sugar Decorations. You can find them at a retailer such as Bulk Barn or online.
Little Mermaid Cupcake Liners. Once again, you can find them at Bulk Barn or online.
Assorted Sprinkles
Wilton Icing Colour Dye Teal
After your cupcakes are cooled and ready to go, pipe out the frosting. Sprinkle a good amount of sparkles on each cupcake and place sugar decorations. Add cupcake liners and set up for presentation!
