Easter Cookie Pops

Prior to having children, the extent of my holiday baking occurred during Christmas time. I would usually go all out and spent countless hours trying new creations. However, after having children, I found myself baking for almost every holiday. Baking has always been something I love to do, but I don’t have tons of time to spend in my kitchen.

I wanted to enjoy a classic treat, but also make it more child-friendly. My Easter Cookie Pops bring together the deliciousness of cookies with the convenience of a no-mess stick. These are perfect for a school event or as a special treat!

You will need:

  • prepared cookies
  • frosting
  • pop sticks

Using either store-bought or homemade cookies, spread a tablespoon of frosting on each cookie. Place one stick in the frosting of one cookie and top with another cookie. Place cookies in the fridge until the frosting hardens. Serve and enjoy!

This is a really cute idea! Making them into pops makes them so much more special than just plain cookies!
