Summer is finally here! These Gummy Bear Popsicles are the perfect way to enjoy summer despite all the changes we are experiencing.

I used the same popsicle mold for my Pusheen Yogurt Popsicles and my kids couldn’t get enough of these! After all, no child, regardless of age, can resist a popsicle!

For these popsicles, I used my Pusheen the Cat Popsicle Mold. The beautiful thing with popsicle molds is that you can usually find them at any grocery store.

You can also check out the awesome selection on Amazon, which carries almost everything you can imagine! Your kids will be so happy with the popsicles that they aren’t going to be too picky about what mold you use!

Choosing the Right Beverage For In Your Popsicles

Your next choice is to decide what kind of beverage you want to use for the popsicles. I went with Sprite as I know my kids love that!

Don’t be afraid to experiment or even just go with 7-Up! I think it would be delicious to consider using raspberry lemonade as well!

I used classic gummy bears and made sure they were soft. You don’t want to use old or stale gummy bears.

I personally liked the fact that I only put enough gummy bears for the tip of the popsicles. However, you can add as many or as little as you prefer!

Once these are ready, you can carefully put them in the freezer to cool. When they are good and frozen, keep in mind that sharing is caring!
