Only a week away from October! I can’t even express how exciting I find that month to be. It is filled with everything spooky and my calendar is Pusheen Halloween, so as you can guess…it’s awesome!

So it should come as no surprise that I am already dishing out my Haunted Campfire Smores Cupcakes! These are delicious meets spooky fantasticness!

You will need:
Chocolate cupcakes
Chocolate Frosting
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Wilton Ghost Icing Decorations
Marshmallows

Bake your cupcakes ahead of time and allow them to cool completely before you frost them. I used with my ridiculously delicious Reese Spread Frosting to frost my cupcakes.

To decorate, create a marshmallow campfire by placing marshmallows in a circle around the cupcake top.

Then, pour on graham cracker crumbs.

Finally, place Wilton Ghost Icing Decorations on top of each cupcake!
