I really enjoying making cupcakes. However, I have always found pouring the batter into the pan messy and time consuming. Thankfully, I finally came up with the best approach to filling each cupcake cleanly, evenly and quickly by using a 1/4 cup measuring spoon.

Enjoy the secret!

I’ll try that! I’ve tried pouring from a spouted cup and still made a mess; maybe this will work better. Thanks for the idea.

I do this, too! I use the same trick (with different size measuring cups) for pancakes, waffles, meatballs, cookies, etc.

Thanks for the tip, I always make a mess using a spoon. Plus this would help to ensure that they are all filled equally!
