What do you get when you combine rainbows, unicorns, cats, cupcakes and magic? You get Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes!

While you might be asking yourself how much kitty magic can be packed into a cupcake, don’t worry. You will find that these are just what your life has been missing. Kids of all ages will want these at their next meow party!

These Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes are everything you hope for from rainbows, cats and unicorns. Kitty ears and magical sprinkles top off the fantastic!

Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes You Can’t Resist!

To begin this meowgical voyage into deliciousness, you start by baking and cooling cupcakes. Don’t be afraid to go with a boxed mix to save time.

However, if you are wanting an equally fantastic cupcake to go with the rest, I recommend using my made-from-scratch vanilla confetti cake recipe! It is kid-friendly and delicious, enough said!

Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes

After your cupcakes are baked and cooled, you can start on the delicious frosting. I used my Best Ever Buttercream Frosting to work magic on these cupcakes! You will find this recipe to be quick and delicious, which really is the perfect frosting combination!

Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes Recipe

Once you frost the cupcakes, it is time to pile on the sprinkles! You can’t go wrong with pastel sprinkles!

Meowgical Caticorn Cupcakes

To make the adorable kitty ears, I used Wilton Decorator Fondant in white. I rolled out fondant and cut them into little triangles. I then used Wilton Pink Sparkle Gel to add the pink to the ears. Your buttercream will be soft so you literally just tuck the ears onto the frosting and your cupcake is ready to go!
