Lately, I have been craving Zucchini Bread! With the summer heat, I am so avoidant to baking because it warms up the house and I have a terrible time getting it to cool down.
However, my craving finally won out and I tried a new Zucchini Bread recipe that turned out perfect! The Moist & Delicious Zucchini Bread Recipe is not only delicious and moist, which is a must! I found this recipe off of allrecipes.com and so glad I did!
You will need:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon {ground}
- 2 & 1/4 cups sugar {white}
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Ridiculously Moist & Delicious Zucchini Bread!
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour two 8 x 4 inch bread pans.
♥ In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together.
♥ In another bowl, mix together eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Pour the mixed dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix.
♥ Add zucchini and walnuts and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture evenly into both pans.
♥ Bake for 45 minutes and check. If not done, continue baking until your knife comes out clean.
My children cannot seem to get enough of this delicious bread and I know this will be my go-to Zucchini bread recipe for many years to come. Enjoy!
