Desserts can be simple. As much as I love baking, sometimes I just want a super fast dessert that doesn’t take much time.

You can’t get much easier than a No Bake Lemon Dessert with only two ingredients. You can have this ready in no time at all and everyone will enjoy it!

You will need:

1 package (6 oz) Lemon Jello

2 cups Cool Whip

Prepare the lemon Jello, which means adding 1.5 cups of boiling water. Stir in 2 cups of ice cubes (instead of just cold water).

Let set in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Add 1.5 cups Cool Whip to the lemon dessert. Let set in refrigerator until ready to serve. Top with remaining Cool Whip. You can also add sprinkles for a fun look!

Lemon meringue pie is a favourite but I don’t always have time to make. This is a good quick alternative when I am craving lemon!

I’m not a huge fan of lemon but I’m sure I could use a different kind of jello for this!

I have a special spot in my heart for lemon desserts; they remind me of my grandmother and being a little kid. I also love the fresh and crisp flavour of lemon and this recipe looks so easy. Thanks!
