No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

I am all about the peanut butter. If it was realistic, I would almost live on peanut butter. It is good on almost anything and a treat that I just can’t pass up.

One of my most recent favourite recipe creations with peanut butter has been a no bake peanut butter pie. It is not only ridiculously easy to make, but filled with peanut butter goodness that no one could pass up!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

You will need:

One 9-inch graham cracker crust. You can go with store-bought or homemade, which is just graham crackers with melted butter.

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup peanut butter

16 oz whipped cream. Again, you can use store-bought or homemade.

1/2 cup icing sugarNo Bake Peanut Butter Pie Pic

In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and icing sugar. Then, mix in 8 oz of the whipped cream.

Press the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

Spread the remaining whipped cream on top and chill for a couple hours in the fridge.

You can spice it up by garnishing it with chocolate chips or your favourite candy!

I’m afraid that I’m one of the very few who can’t stand peanut butter, perhaps because I didn’t grow up with it but then neither did my children and some of them still like it. 🙂

YUM! I wonder how it would be with a chocolate crust? Either way, I’m going to be VERY popular when I make this. Thanks for the recipe!

I’m all about peanut butter too! This filing sounds like it would also be good in a parfait.

Oooh I love the combo of peanut butter & cream cheese, 2 of my favorites. Now the only problem is letting it chill for 2 hours, because I’d want to eat it right away!

I first made a peanut butter pie when I was in my early 20’s (a long long time ago) .The recipe was so difficult. Your pie is so easy to make I think I’ll whip it up very soon.

This pie looks yummy and the recipe quite easy. I can see this recipe becoming a family favorite right from the get go. Think I would decorate the top of this pie with chocolate M&Ms or Reeces Pieces. Thanks for sharing.
