Panookie Sundae

What happens when you bake cookies in a large muffin tin and pair it with ice cream? A Panookie Sundae! Panookie is the concept of a pan cookie, which is something we all can enjoy! My kids were the taste testers for this recipe and trust me, there was nothing left on the plate.

Panookie Sundae

You will need to start by baking your favourite chocolate chip cookies. I went with my Chocolate Chip Cookies. You will need to use a muffin/cupcake pan to bake the cookies in. This will give you a thick cookie with the perfect base to top with ice cream. Make sure to pay attention to how fast they are cooking in the pan as not to burn them.

Once your cookie base is cooled, you can top with your favourite ice cream. Finish it off with sprinkles and fudge for the most amazing panookie ever!

Well, it sure looks good to me! I wonder how it would work with peanut butter cookies! That would be great.

Oh that is a dangerous combination too! I bet it would be absolutely delicious. A peanut butter cookie and chocolate ice cream could be like peanut butter and chocolate!!!!!!!

These look so good, I think I would push down the center of the cookies when they are still hot to make a bowl, to hold more ice cream of course!! the possibilities are endless
