Pusheen Yogurt Popsicles

I miss summer already. We have had about 7 months of winter here in Canada and honestly, I am beyond over it. There is even more snow in the forecast to come. I am usually a winter person, but not this year. I just want to be able to walk outside in the warmth and not have to dress for a winter blizzard.

In the interest of keeping summer on the brain, the kids recently enjoyed Pusheen Yogurt Popsicles! These treats couldn’t have been easier and are healthy too! Don’t tell the kids that though!

Pusheen Yogurt Popsicles

The first thing you are probably asking yourself is where did I get these awesome Pusheen popsicle molds. I have a subscription to PusheenBox.com. They send out a box about 4 times a year with awesome Pusheen stuff.

Other than that, you would probably find them on Ebay. Keep in mind though, as long as you have some kind of popsicle molds, anything will do just fine! Even if you have to go with an ice cube tray and put a popsicle stick in, that will work too!

It is important to choose a yogurt that your kids love! My kids are big fans of raspberry, vanilla and blueberry yogurt. You want to go with something that isn’t too liquidy and has some substance. A flavoured Greek yogurt would also be a good choice.

It is a good idea to make sure you have flavour variety for the first time you make these for the kids. You don’t know exactly what they will love until they get to taste a bit of each!

Simple fill your mold with yogurt. You heard me right, it is a one-ingredient popsicle! Does it get any easier than that? A delicious summer-inspired treat that takes less than 5 minutes to complete!

Depending on the thickness of the yogurt, you are probably going to want to keep these setting in the freezer for the day. You can check on them periodically if you just can’t wait to have a taste!
