Reese’s Pieces Cookies

I have been a lover of all things peanut butter since I can remember. So naturally, I am a huge fan of Reese’s products! They are definitely one of my favourite treats, so I decided to include them in a recipe!

The hardest part of using Reese’s Pieces in the mix is that I tend to eat them as I go. I can’t really blame myself, but be aware that this recipe is highly addictive and you may eat all the Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough before you get to the baking stage! Thankfully, I did my best and the Reese’s Pieces Cookies turned out fabulously!

Reese's

Reese’s Pieces Cookies

You will need:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups Reese’s Mini Pieces

Reese's Pieces Cookies

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

Add baking soda and salt. Add flour one cup at a time until blended. Fold in Reese’s Pieces!

Bake for 12 minutes or until done.

These look really good, thanks for sharing your recipe. I’d use Smarties rather than Reese’s Pieces though since I don’t like peanut butter 🙂

If you haven’t tried the Reese’s Spread, you HAVE to. Seriously, it is just like they took Reese’s Cups and ground them up. OMG LIFE CHANGING! I warn you though, you will become addicted!
