When it comes to food, variety makes all the difference. With my family, we have weekly staples that make up a good portion of our meals, but every dish needs a change once in a while!

A traditional favourite spiced up quickly becomes a must-have dish! Shredded Pork with Jasmine offers a fantastic flavour while keeping a dish kid-friendly.

I make a lot of different slow cooker pulled pork recipes. One of our household’s favorite dishes for sure. I’ve seen the Thai Kitchen products at Superstore but have yet to try them. I think this would be a great dish to start off with using their plum sauce & coconut milk!

I’ve never tried Jasmine rice but I imagine that would taste good. I love shredded pork and plum sauce so I’d say this is my kind of food, thanks for sharing. 🙂

This is a totally different take on pulled pork! It would be great in rice wraps or tacos too!
