Putting up the Christmas tree has always been one of my absolute favourite things to do. While the tree isn’t real, it still gives all the fantastic warm fuzzies one can hope for. The coloured LED lights put it over the top!

My daughter hangs the decorations and it’s a go! Thanks to the joy of the season, I also make sure to bake up a storm! These Soft Gingersnap Cookies with Molasses are perfect for all those holiday moments to come!

These Soft Gingersnap Cookies are the best recipe! Plus, they are chewy delicious!

Soft Gingersnap Cookies with Molasses

What I love best about these cookies is how easy they are to make. Plus, they make for a perfect opportunity for the kids to help in the kitchen!

One of the highlights of this recipe is that it uses real molasses. You can’t beat that thick and creamy goodness that puts this dessert over the top!

Soft Gingersnap Cookies are just an easy recipe away. Best recipe and chewy too!

You can get these cookies in the oven in under 15 minutes. Add to that a cooking time of 10 minutes and you have delicious goodies ready to eat in under 30 minutes!

These are also a treat that you can put in the freezer to preserve it longer. Simply take out the frozen cookies and let them thaw on a plate!

My dad and my son both love ginger cookies. Usually they are hard and crunchy – these will be a nice change!

My family prefers the soft gingerbread cookie as opposed to the hard ones or gingersnaps.

Can I use whole wheat flour? How much cinnamon do you mix in with the sugar? Thankyou. I am going to make these!

Hi Rhonda …Sorry for my late reply!!!!! I think you could definitely use whole wheat flour. Also, I would go with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon!!!!
