I am a huge fan of ketchup. I have found that ketchup in Canada is much sweeter than what you can get in the US. So for me, every time I dip a French fry or tater tot in ketchup, it is my little moment of delicious. So how do I take something I already enjoy and turn it up a notch? Easy, I go with my Special Fry Sauce.
You will need:
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
My Special Fry Sauce may only be two ingredients, but it is THAT good. You put equal amounts of ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix!
If you want a little more of an edge, you can throw in your favourite spice!
