For lunch each day, I like to enjoy my Shakeology. It is something I have been doing for some time now and it really provides vitamins/nutrients that I need. I find that it is a great mood boost as well for me, especially if the day is starting to drag around lunch time. I have a small blender that I have been using for a while now to mix my drink.
However, I absolutely love using fresh as well as frozen fruit in my drink and honestly, my small blender hasn’t been cutting it. When I was doing my research into another blender option, I came upon the Breville Boss to Go Plus! I instantly knew I needed this gorgeous appliance in my home stat! Plus, my Strawberry Cherry Shakeology never tasted better!
What stood out most for me about the Breville Boss To Go Plus was the fact it actually pulverizes whole fruits, nuts, vegetables and leafy greens using a powerful 1000 watt peak power motor. I absolutely love a smooth drink regardless of what I blend together, so this was the perfect choice for me.
The very first time I used the blender, it proved its worth in gold! I was blending frozen cherries into my Shakeology. It came out absolutely smooth and delicious. However, when I got to the very bottom of the liquid, I found the tiniest little pieces of what felt like a nut.
I instantly realized that one of the cherries must have still had a pit and the tiny pieces were from the pit! It blew my mind that the pit was pulverized into almost nothing; it was a seriously huge wow moment. All I can say is, Breville has done it again with such a masterpiece of a blender!
To make a delicious Strawberry Cherry Shakeology for yourself, you will need:
1/2 cup frozen cherries
Strawberry Shakeology
8 ounces of water
vanilla extract (to taste)
Blend together and enjoy. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

Can you tell me what shakeology is because I’ve never heard of it and we do smoothies all the time. I will say I agree Breville has awesome products.

Shakeology is a powder that contains dense nutrition, so it is perfect for if you want to get your nutrients as well as for if you are working on weight management. It comes in different flavours and I enjoy it very much! It curbs cravings too, which is stellar since I LOVE sugar a LOT ..hehehe
