Mom's Classic Meatloaf

A simple meatloaf that shines in taste!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 lbs beef ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs dry
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, breadcrumbs and Italian Seasoning.

  3. Add meat into mixture and place in greased loaf pan.

  4. Bake for 60 minutes, add ketchup on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
