I can honestly say that I had never heard of Yorkshire Pudding until I met my husband. Even then, I didn’t make it for him until more recently. When I normally think pudding, I think chocolate or vanilla.
However, this egg-based Yorkshire Pudding definitely holds it own. The kids also love that you can grab and snack away on them!
Yorkshire Pudding
You will need:
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
Yorkshire Pudding Mix (I used Club House).
1/3 cup water
Preheat your oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit. In a muffin tin, measure out 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil in 6 cups. Then heat the muffin tin in the oven for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together egg, water and pudding mix. Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cups. Bake for 18 minutes.

3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons pan drippings or oil

.Add all ingredients together and mix well in a large measuring cup.Make as soon as roast goes in the oven.The key to light,fluffy,HIGH yorks is to have the oven screaming hot (425 F for first 10 minutes)and the batter icy cold.

In a large measuring cup, beat eggs with milk. Stir in flour. Set in fridge. Place tin in oven to heat drippings, 2 to 5 minutes. Remove tin from oven, and distribute batter evenly among oiled cups.

Divide butter evenly into the twelve cups of a muffin tin, about 1/2 teaspoon per cup.Bake in preheated oven 5 minutes Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake 25 minutes more or until puffed and golden.
