Eggnog Pudding Parfait

I love all things Christmas. I start listening to Christmas music in August and it takes everything I have not to decorate for Christmas until November. I love the lights, tinsel and overall feeling of happiness and peace that comes with Christmas. I also can’t forget about the delicious eggnog!

To take eggnog to the next level, I created my Eggnog Pudding Parfait. The idea of being able to incorporate eggnog in more ways than just a yummy beverage is pretty fabulous to me. Plus, it’s topped with Christmas coloured sprinkles for that extra touch!Eggnog Pudding Parfait is perfect for the Christmas Holiday!

Eggnog Pudding Parfait

You will need:

1 Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
2 Cups Eggnog
Whipping Cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs
SprinklesEggnog Pudding Parfait is perfect for the Christmas Holiday!

Prepare Instant Pudding as directed, but substitute eggnog for the milk!

Once set, you can fill jar with equal amounts of graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream and pudding.

Finish with whipped cream and sprinkles on top!

This would make a great dessert for Christmas and the holidays! I know my bestie would be over the moon if I made this for her.

This would be great for all that leftover eggnog I always end up with. Everyone drinks one glass and the rest gets left. I bet they would eat this though!
