Snickerdoodle Bites

I have always loved snickerdoodles. For me, any time you have the combination of cinnamon sugar on a sweet treat, I am all over it. My biggest challenge is not eating the whole batch, which I am sure many of you can relate to as well.

My Snickerdoodle Bites are the perfect size for a delicious treat. It also creates more than enough to share, but only if you want to. After all, sharing deliciousness can also be a challenge!

Snickerdoodle Bites 2

Snickerdoodle Bites

You will need:

1 & 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
additional sugar/cinnamon combo
Snickerdoodle Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, mix  together oil, milk and egg. Next, mix in baking soda, cinnamon and salt. After mixing well, add sugar and flour.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon for you to roll each snickerdoodle bite into.

Roll mixture into small balls about 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch, roll in sugar/cinnamon combo and place on ungreased baking sheet. Cook for 7-8 minutes until done.
