Pecan Sandies

These cookies offer a delicious punch of pecan!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups pecans chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 cup butter soft
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Using a mixer, cream the butter.

  2. Add 1/2 cup icing sugar followed by water and vanilla.

  3. Stir in flour and pecans.

  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.

  5. Bake at 325 Degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

  6. After cooling, roll cookies in icing sugar to coat.
